The Musical of Musicals (The Musical!) OPENS April 12, 2007

MetroStage presents The Musical of Musicals (The Musical!), the off-Broadway sensation, music by Eric Rockwell, lyrics by Joanne Bogart, book by Eric Rockwell and Joanne Bogart, directed by Larry Kaye and choreographed by Nancy Harry.

In this hilarious parody of musical theatre in its Washington DC area premiere, one story becomes five, each written in the distinctive style of Rodgers and Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Kander and Ebb, Jerry Herman and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The cast includes Donna Migliaccio, Bobby Smith, Janine Gulisano and Russell Sunday, accompanied by music director Dan Kazemi at the piano.
